Penn State University’s HR Technology Solutions and Analytics office seeks a senior HRIS Analyst to support Core HR Workday configurations, maintenance, and ongoing operations.

The role partners with HR functions and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions, provides SME guidance, and leads enhancements while ensuring HR technology is reliable, scalable, and aligned with university needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR technology, HRIS administration, business processes analysis, system configuration and support.
• Stakeholder collaboration and reporting experience in a large complex environment.
• Experience with Workday functionality and Core HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior functional/technical resource for Core HR Workday configurations and ongoing operations.
• Lead or support system enhancements, implementations, and production support activities.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective HRIS solutions and guide other analysts.
• Provide troubleshooting support and knowledge sharing to teammates.
