Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize UKG Pro and related HR systems across the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure secure, scalable HR technology operations.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process documentation, and cross‑training, with a strong focus on reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, HR, or CS.
• Five+ years supporting HR systems, payroll, benefits, and lifecycle processes.
• Three+ years hands-on with UKG Pro and related HR platforms.
• Experience with US payroll, tax reporting, and benefits administration.
• Experience administering HRIS security, workflows, and data integrations.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills using Excel or BI tools.
• Experience using AI tools to support reporting while protecting data privacy.
• Excellent documentation and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work with stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize UKG Pro and related HR systems across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide senior-level payroll, benefits, tax, and year‑end support.
• Manage integrations, data feeds, and general ledger mappings.
• Create and govern operational, payroll, and compliance reports.
• Lead process improvements and maintain SOPs, training materials, and backup coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
