Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years in HR operations, analytics, or support.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance and data governance.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and FreshServices.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance core HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Support transactions in SAP SuccessFactors while maintaining data integrity.
• Lead HR projects to streamline operations and improve employee experience.
• Generate HR reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Prepare compliance reports (EEO, ACA, audits).
• Collaborate with HRIS on system enhancements and SOPs.
