Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. seeks an Executive Director, People Intelligence & Technology to lead HRIS, workforce analytics, and data governance from our Newton, MA campus.

This hybrid role requires three on-site days weekly and partners with HRLT, IT, Finance, and Payroll to advance a scalable HR technology ecosystem. You will own Workday configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and roadmap execution while guiding analytics, dashboards, and executive insights that inform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, CS, analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in HR technology, HRIS, people analytics, systems management, and HR operations.
• 5 years advanced Workday experience including configuration oversight, security, reporting, business processes, releases, and optimization.
• Leadership experience managing HRIS, analytics, reporting, and technology teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year people technology and analytics roadmap.
• Provide enterprise leadership for HRIS, People Analytics, workforce analytics, and reporting.
• Oversee Workday configuration, security, releases, and optimization.
• Lead HRIS and data governance teams and drive data-driven decision making.
• Deliver workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and governance compliance.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to deliver scalable tech solutions.
• Champion change management, training, and adoption of HR technology initiatives.
