ClearCaptions is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to lead the full lifecycle management of its People tech stack, including Dayforce, ATS, and performance tools. 5+ years of HRIS administration experience with Dayforce configuration.
Proven success leading system enhancements, requirements and change management.
Experience with cross‑functional projects in a fast‑growing organization.

Responsibilities

Own, configure, and reimplement Dayforce modules to meet business needs.
Redesign workflows, security roles, and business processes for automation.
Manage ATS, performance and compensation tools with cross‑platform alignment.
Troubleshoot issues across People systems.
