Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Data and Reporting Professional 2 for a fully remote role. You will integrate data from multiple sources, develop dashboards, and produce automated reports to support end-users.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Data and Reporting, you will work on varied assignments requiring independent judgment and adherence to guidelines. Required: 1+ year(s) data reporting, SQL/SAS, Power Apps/Automate/BI, strong Excel and Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical experience in data reporting.
• 1+ years of experience in SQL, and/or SAS
• 1+ years of experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools
• In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals, including their linkages to related areas.
• Make decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and require minimal direction and receive guidance where needed.
• Follow established guidelines/procedures.
