Job summary

In-N-Out Burger is seeking an experienced HRIS Systems Analyst III based in Irvine, CA to lead and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. You will design, configure, test, and support multiple HCM modules while partnering with HR and business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience.

You will develop complex reports, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. The role requires strong analytical skills, documentation, and a proactive approach to system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience configuring and developing solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• 7+ years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and multiple modules.
• 9+ years of combined experience in Information Systems, HRIS, or enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and manage Oracle Cloud HCM modules and related enterprise processes.
• Perform system maintenance including testing, implementation, and support of HCM modules.
• Develop complex reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Provide production support and resolve system issues and data gaps.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and best practices.
