Job summary

Esler Companies is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to optimize UKG Pro and WFM, support HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes, and drive system improvements. This hybrid role requires three days per week in our Denver office, with ownership from problem identification to implementation and resolution.

You will partner with HR operations, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, build reports, and implement enhancements that improve efficiency and teammate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering enterprise HRIS platforms.
• Experience owning HRIS enhancements and solving issues.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex HRIS issues and drive resolutions.
• Configure, maintain, test, and optimize UKG Pro and WFM.
• Translate business needs into system configurations.
• Lead HRIS enhancements from requirements to post-launch support.
