Description

Responsibilities
  1. HRIS & Systems Management
    • Manage and maintain HRIS systems (including Paychex), ensuring proper configuration, data integrity, and system performance.
    • Support system updates, integrations, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
    • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders for system projects.
  2. Reporting & Data Analysis
    • Generate and support reports and dashboards for HR functions using reporting tools.
    • Analyze HR metrics and data for decision-making and compliance reporting.
  3. Process Improvement & Projects
    • Lead HR system and process improvement initiatives.
    • Manage projects from planning to implementation.
  4. Support & Training
    • Provide technical support and resolve system issues.
    • Conduct training on HRIS and HR processes; create user guides.
  5. Employee Engagement & Leadership
    • Coordinate employee programs and participate in engagement committees.
  6. General HR Operations
    • Process employee data, support payroll review, and perform other HR duties.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least five years of HRIS management experience, preferably with Paychex.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS configuration, security, and reporting.
  • Experience with Payroll is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail.
