Tubi is seeking a Sr. HRBP (Tech) to partner with Engineering and Product, shaping people programs and driving high performance. You will design talent initiatives, manage compensation cycles, and coach leaders in a fast-growing environment.

The role is based in San Francisco, hybrid, reporting to the VP of People, with significant impact on employee experience and organizational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or People Operations experience in a high-growth company.
• 3+ years supporting technical functions like Engineering and Product.
• 3+ years designing and implementing talent management and employee experience programs.
• Experience coaching executives and supporting tech orgs.
• Experience driving strategic company-wide initiatives with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Provide strategic partnership and coaching across levels of leadership.
• Design and drive talent programs reinforcing values and mission.
• Manage annual talent cycle including compensation planning.
• Assess development needs and iterate on high-impact programs.
• Own stakeholder alignment across Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
• Lead a talent vertical or initiative with measurable impact.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities of People Operations.
• Support onboarding to integrate hires into Tubi culture.
• Conduct off-boarding analyses and inform executive decisions.
• Manage compliance programs and mandatory trainings.
