Job summary

Tubi is seeking a Performance Partner to own the end-to-end PIP process and partner with HRBPs to shape talent programs that enhance manager effectiveness. This role sits at the intersection of performance management, talent strategy, and manager enablement.

Reporting to the VP of People, the role is hybrid and can be based in SF/NYC/LA/Toronto, with a focus on delivering business-ready outcomes across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with HRBPs or business leaders to design and execute HR programs.
• Strong track record using HR data and workforce trends to inform decisions.
• Experience coaching managers on performance management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process from documentation to resolution.
• Partner with HRBPs to develop and execute HR programs for teams.
• Develop strategic talent programs to drive manager effectiveness with data insights.
• Advise managers on trade-offs in undefined performance issues and encourage experimentation.
• Lead multi-team efforts related to performance and manager effectiveness.
