Job summary
Tubi is seeking a strategic Sr. HRBP (Tech) to partner with Engineering and Product leaders, shaping HR strategies that drive high performance and employee engagement. This role is hybrid and based in SF, reporting to the VP of People.
You will lead talent programs, onboarding, and compensation cycles while partnering with Talent Management and Acquisition to scale a high-growth tech organization. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HR/People Ops, strong analytics, and proven ability to influence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR or People Operations in a high-growth company.
- 3+ years supporting Engineering and Product functions in tech.
- 3+ years designing talent management and employee experience programs.
- Experience partnering with executives and shaping HR strategy to business KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to leadership across engineering and product.
- Design and drive talent programs to reinforce our cultural values and mission.
- Lead annual talent cycle including compensation planning and execution.
- Own stakeholder alignment across Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
- Support onboarding and manage overall employee lifecycle processes.
