Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales, marketing or communications.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager.
• Certifications such as LEED, CEM, BEP, Sandler Silver or Energy Star preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute business development strategies for defined client segments.
• Develop, estimate, and present service proposals with budget and pricing guidance.
• Participate in trade shows and events to expand network and industry knowledge.
• Use CRM to manage customer data and relationships.
• Generate sales opportunities via cold calls, lists, and networking events.
• Align opportunities with company capabilities and capacity.
