Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience with autonomous BP/ER/TP leadership.
• Experience designing enterprise performance management and calibration.
• Proven track record in high-risk workplace investigations and remedial actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies including executive sourcing.
• Design HiPo identification frameworks and succession planning.
• Develop onboarding programs and ensure time-to-productivity.
• Oversee contingent labor, vendor relationships and cost efficiency.
