Job summary

International SOS is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner in San Antonio, TX. The role partners with leaders to drive workforce planning, performance, and employee relations while ensuring compliant HR practices.

The HRBP will conduct workplace investigations, coach managers, and support succession planning and analytics to help meet business objectives. Hybrid schedule available; strong policy knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience with employee relations and investigations.
• Experience coaching managers and leaders on performance and development.
• Knowledge of employment policies, practices, and law; risk awareness.
• Experience with HRIS; SuccessFactors preferred; MS 365 proficiency.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations within assigned client groups.
• Manage employee relations concerns from intake to resolution and investigations.
• Coach leaders on performance management, conduct, and development discussions.
• Partner with HR leaders on talent assessment, succession planning, and mobility.
• Support organizational effectiveness, workforce design, and change initiatives.
• Assist with policy interpretation and ensure consistent HR practices.
• Contribute to HR program implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Provide onboarding support and act as a backup for New Hire Induction.
