Job summary

Angi is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join the People Ops team. This role partners with leaders across Operations and Customer Care to implement people-based initiatives that align with business strategies.

You’ll use data to improve organizational health and drive performance across a growing global workforce. You will guide leaders through change, support day-to-day employee relations, and design scalable HR solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Global experience is a plus and working with cross-border teams.
• Strong understanding of AI use cases in operational HR.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders to shape org and people strategies.
• Partner with leaders to assess organizational health using data and surveys.
• Support evolving global teams through growth and change.
• Interpret data and provide guidance to leaders for decision making.
• Lead performance management initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
• Assist front-line managers with employee relations topics and coaching.
• Design enterprise-wide HR solutions and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with COE Partners to deliver HR work to leaders and teams.
• Investigate escalated employee concerns and provide recommendations.
• Develop and deliver training on HR topics; ensure regulatory compliance.
