Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for our Technical Services org. You will partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, drive change, and translate data into actionable recommendations that scale our business. You will lead key talent moments and ensure operational rigor across core HR processes while partnering with global teams.

This role offers flexibility on location within North America and requires travel to offices and offsites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience delivering measurable business impact.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership (VP level).
• Global HRBP experience preferred, supporting complex tech teams.
• Strong change management, organizational design and workforce planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
• Adopts the culture of the organization and embodies our values and leadership principles.
• Develops a commercial understanding of the business to guide and influence leaders on their talent agenda.
• Applies expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, change management, performance management, and compensation cycles.
• Uses qualitative and quantitative people data to anticipate risks and recommend actions that drive business outcomes.
• Leads talent cycles including compensation reviews, engagement actions, and talent calibrations.
