Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the Technical Services organization. The role partners with senior leaders to shape people strategies, translate data into actions, and drive talent cycles across performance, engagement, succession, and compensation.

You will lead strategic partnering while managing core people processes, traveling to offices as needed and collaborating with COEs to scale solutions that support business growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience creating measurable impact on a major business unit.

• Develops a commercial understanding of the business to influence leaders on their talent agenda.

• Uses qualitative and quantitative people and business insights to drive outcomes.
• Partners with other CoEs to implement scalable People Team solutions.
• Leads annual talent cycles including compensation, performance, and promotions.
