Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with measurable impact on a major business unit
• 5-7 years of HRBP experience, ideally supporting global technical GTM / Customer Support teams
• Experience partnering with senior leadership (VP level) and shaping organizational strategy
• Strong judgment, risk assessment, and ability to design scalable people solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to build and scale processes
• Proven ability to influence decisions and drive results with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel to relevant offices and leadership offsites regularly

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leaders to offer thought leadership on strategy and execution
• Embed the organization’s culture and leadership principles across teams
• Develop a commercial understanding to guide leaders on talent agendas
• Apply expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, change management, performance, and compensation
• Use people data to frame risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with other CoEs to implement scalable People Team solutions
• Lead annual cycles: compensation, performance, engagement actions, talent reviews, calibrations, promotions
• Balance strategic partnership with strong operational stewardship and process improvements
