Job summary

Rantec Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic, hands-on advisor within a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will partner with directors and managers to drive workforce planning, performance, and organizational effectiveness across multiple HR programs.

You will ensure consistent HR governance, lead talent development initiatives, and address complex employee relations while maintaining compliance and a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in HR or related field; MS preferred.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance.
• SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS tools such as Paylocity, JazzHR, Payscale.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership and workforce planning with business leaders.
• Lead onboarding, 30/60/90 day reviews and performance processes.
• Oversee performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Coordinate training administration and ensure compliance.
• Manage employee relations investigations and engagement programs.
• Administer leave, workers' compensation, and safety compliance.
• Support HR operations, systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote safety, engagement, and constructive change across teams.
