Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston is seeking an HR Business Partner - Contract to join our HR team in Kinston, NC. This senior partner will drive strategic People initiatives, advise leadership, and shape workforce planning with autonomy and deep HR expertise.

The role requires 6+ years HR experience and strong governance in a multi-site, aerospace environment. You will work closely with COEs to deliver HR solutions, oversee employee relations, and support the organization through change management in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
6+ years of progressive HR experience in a CoE or generalist role.
Proficient in HRIS tools like ADP, Workday or SAP.
3 years of Aerospace experience preferred.
3 years of experience in a multi-functional international environment preferred.
PHR or SHRM-CP strongly desired.

Responsibilities

Establish robust partnerships with leaders to influence decision making.
Identify HR challenges and opportunities within the business area and contribute to solutions.
Develop and implement the People strategy for the area.
Provide counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
