Qualifications

• Requires B.S. in HR or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• SPHR/PHR certification is a plus.
• 5 years HR experience in manufacturing or similar; California knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational design.
• Lead performance management, training, and succession planning initiatives.
• Administer HR programs (pay, benefits, wellness, safety) and ensure compliance.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee HR systems (Paylocity, Percipio) and reporting for leadership.
