Job summary

Argentum Medical in Geneva, IL seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor across multiple locations. The role partners with leaders, shapes organizational effectiveness, and leads HR initiatives to enable growth. Onsite with occasional remote flexibility, annual salary range $105,000 to $115,000 plus a 10% bonus.

The successful candidate will drive talent development, employee relations, and data-driven HR insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong HR generalist expertise.
• Experience supporting a growing or scaling organization.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Experience partnering directly with business leaders and managers.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership with leaders to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Coach supervisors and managers on leadership effectiveness and engagement.
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Build scalable HR processes and programs for organizational growth.
• Lead cross-functional HR initiatives: performance, engagement, compliance, and process improvement.
• Manage projects from planning to implementation with stakeholder alignment.
