Qualifications

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Senior HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisorto business leaders across multiple locations and functions. In this highly visible role, you will help shape organizational effectiveness, support leadership development, guide employee relations, and lead key HR initiatives that enable growth.

Salary Range:$105,000 – $115,000 annually

Annual Bonus Eligibility: 10% of base

What You'll Do
Strategic Business Partnership
  • Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers on leadership effectiveness, team performance, employee engagement, and organizational design.
  • Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Help build scalable HR processes and programs that support organizational growth.
Lead Change & Drive Projects
  • Lead and execute cross-functional HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and process improvement projects.
  • Manage projects from planning through implementation while driving stakeholder alignment and measurable results.
  • Support change management efforts related to business growth, operational improvements, and organizational transformation.
  • Partner with leaders to integrate acquired businesses and standardize people practices where appropriate.
Influence & Leadership
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Influence decisions through data, insight, business acumen, and sound judgment.
  • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.
  • Support leaders in meeting employee management and leadership expectations.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
  • Partner with managers to address employee issues fairly, consistently, and in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations and resolution efforts.
  • Ensure HR programs and practices align with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Talent & Organizational Development
  • Identify capability gaps and partner with leaders on development strategies and solutions.
  • Support onboarding, manager development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Help strengthen a culture that balances accountability, agility, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Participate and lead the Front Line Leadership Development Program
People Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support business decisions.
  • Develop recommendations that improve employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and business outcomes.
  • Present findings and insights to HR and business leadership.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience within manufacturing, medical device, operations-driven, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, or Commercial teams.
  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Formal or informal project management experience.

This role supports a combination of office, manufacturing, and operational teams. The Senior HRBP will spend time partnering with leaders and employees throughout the organization, including production, quality, commercial, supply chain, and corporate functions.
