AGIS in West Hills, CA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to partner with executives, coach leaders, and drive business outcomes through people. This fully onsite role serves as a trusted advisor, shaping the employee experience, leadership effectiveness, and organizational growth.

The Sr. HRBP will guide workforce planning, talent strategies, and risk management while ensuring compliance with California employment laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
Minimum 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
Minimum 3+ years supporting leaders in an HRBP or senior HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance.
Experience managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
Experience coaching leaders on performance management and organizational effectiveness.
Experience supporting exempt and non-exempt employees.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Leadership Coaching: advise leaders, coach on performance management, succession planning, and workforce strategies.
Organizational Development & Talent Management: support leadership development, talent reviews, and organizational planning.
Compliance & Risk Management: ensure CA employment law compliance and maintain employment documentation.
HR Operations & Strategic Projects: lead HR initiatives, analyze workforce metrics, and implement scalable programs.
Partner with executives on culture, engagement, and overall people strategy.
