Artefact North America is seeking a Sr. HRBP to build and lead people programs across the US and Canada. You will advise managers, shape talent development, own onboarding experiences, and oversee benefits and mobility processes.

You will partner with leadership and the Head of People to scale systems and culture while driving employee engagement and performance across a growing North American business.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive People or HR experience.
• Strong experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, manager advisory, and manager, leadership, or professional development.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across the United States and Canada.
• Strong judgement balancing employee experience, business priorities, and organizational risk.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and overseeing full‑cycle hiring.
• Experience coaching managers and handling complex performance and employee‑relations matters.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary day‑to‑day People advisor to employees and managers across the United States and Canada.
• Coach managers through feedback and difficult conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Design and deliver manager, leadership, and professional-development initiatives.
• Partner with the Resource Manager on talent reviews, development plans, and capability gaps.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations for policy and organizational improvement.
• Lead day‑to‑day benefits administration across North America.
• Execute immigration, work‑authorization, and global mobility processes.
