Path Robotics is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as the strategic people partner for our Operations teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, deployment, and field service. You will collaborate with leaders to design high-performing teams, enhance manager effectiveness, and scale the organization.

Reports to the Head of People. You’ll drive data-driven decisions, lead talent reviews, and manage complex employee relations while ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws.

Formación

• 6–10+ years of HR experience, including HRBP roles supporting operations or manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, ADA/FMLA, and investigations.
• Data-driven with high proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Experience in a high-growth technical or manufacturing company is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Operations leaders to make data-driven people decisions and improve team performance.
• Lead performance and talent reviews and identify top talent and development needs.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent needs across Operations.
• Coach managers to build strong teams, set expectations, and handle sensitive employee issues.
• Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to optimize People programs for Operations and non-exempt staff.
• Manage complex employee relations matters with fairness and sound judgment.
• Ensure wage/hour compliance, attendance, scheduling, and leave administration.
