Qualifications

• 10+ years of human resources management experience.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Experience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs.
• Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data.
• Experience translating business strategy and goals into scalable HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for organizational design across complex organizations.
• Design and implement scalable org structures aligned to business strategy.
• Coach and advise leadership teams to strengthen culture.
• Assess senior leader talent needs and develop strategies for development and succession.
• Lead enterprise-scale change initiatives with a durable change strategy.
• Use data to identify trends and translate insights into change plans.
• Own long-term workforce planning aligned to cost, skills, and location strategy.
• Create talent goals with the Senior Leadership team and embed inclusive mechanisms.
• Identify future talent needs and partner to address gaps.
• Communicate complex problems as clear, actionable solutions.
• Develop scalable mechanisms and educate teams on best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they block progress.
