Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal HR Business Partner to support the Robotics organization in Reading, MA. You will set the people strategy, coach senior leaders, and lead enterprise-scale talent solutions across multi-dimensional teams.

The role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, delivering end-to-end HR programs, organizational design, and culture initiatives to enable rapid business objectives and a scalable people agenda.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of human resources management experience
• Experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams
• Experience creating and implementing large-scale organizational programs
• Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
• Experience translating business strategy and goals into optimal HR processes that are scalable, simple, customer-focused and adaptable to unique and changing business needs

Responsabilidades

• Set the vision and strategy for organizational design across complex organizations; design scalable org structures aligned to business strategy
• Serve as a coach and advisor to leadership teams, challenging mental models and strengthening culture
• Assess long-term and immediate senior leader talent needs; develop strategies to hire, develop, and plan succession
• Lead complex change initiatives across multiple organizations and geographies; own the change strategy from diagnosis through durability assessment
• Use listening mechanisms and data to identify trends, risks, and hotspots; translate insights into change plans
• Own the long-term workforce plan aligned to cost, skills, and location strategy
• Create talent goals and cadence with the Senior Leadership team, embedding inclusive talent mechanisms
• Anticipate industry trends and partner with central teams to identify capability gaps
• Communicate effectively, decompose complex problems into clear, actionable solutions
• Create scalable mechanisms and educate others on them
• Identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks
