BorgWarner is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic and hands-on HR support across manufacturing operations and assigned employee groups. You will lead employee relations, staffing, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, and policy administration while partnering with cross-functional teams.

With 8+ years of HRBP experience, you will drive engagement, retention, and organizational development in a fast-paced environment, traveling up to 5% as needed, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience with HRIS, Workday preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification encouraged.
• Master’s degree encouraged.

• Demonstrates advanced HR practices across recruitment and employee relations.
• Partners with Safety on incident investigations.
• Leads staffing and recruitment for area responsibility.
