BorgWarner is seeking a Senior HRBP to act as a strategic, hands-on HR partner to manufacturing operations. You will lead employee relations, staffing, performance management, compensation, payroll, policy administration, engagement and org development while partnering with Safety and cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of HRBP experience (manufacturing preferred). HRIS experience with Workday is desired; SHRM-CP or PHR is encouraged.

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to manufacturing operations and assigned employee groups. This position provides HR leadership and support across employee relations, staffing and recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, workers’ compensation, payroll, policy administration, employee engagement, and organizational development.The Sr. HRBP demonstrates mid- to advanced-career-level knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures and applies that knowledge to effectively support business objectives.
