Job summary

BorgWarner is seeking a Senior HRBP to act as a strategic, hands-on HR partner to manufacturing operations. You will lead employee relations, staffing, performance management, compensation, payroll, policy administration, engagement and org development while partnering with Safety and cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of HRBP experience (manufacturing preferred). HRIS experience with Workday is desired; SHRM-CP or PHR is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years HRBP experience, manufacturing experience preferred.
• HRIS experience with Workday is preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing leadership on HR strategies, staffing and workforce planning.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, payroll, compensation and policy administration.
• Drive engagement, organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Provide excellent service to leaders and employees while ensuring adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct incident investigations with Safety and address workforce concerns.
