Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership across employee relations, staffing, performance management, compensation and benefits.
• Partner with Safety and cross-functional teams to address workforce needs.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support 24/7 operations with flexibility and travel up to 5%.
