Job summary

SHEIN U.S. is seeking a Senior HRBP Manager for Warehouse Operations in Whitestown, IN.

The role partners with site leaders to align staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of HRBP experience in warehousing or manufacturing, a BA/BS in HR or business, and strong English skills; bilingual Chinese/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HRBP experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency; bilingual Chinese/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary advisor to site and operations leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and execute programs for talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Provide data-driven insights on turnover, engagement, labor costs, staffing, and productivity.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Oversee adherence to federal, state, and company policies and labor laws.
