SHEIN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Indiana facility to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient handling of goods from receipt to shipment.

You will coordinate inventory, improve processes, and maintain accurate records while upholding quality and safety standards. Strong communication and data-driven decision making are essential in this role.

Competenze

• Two+ years as warehouse supervisor.
• Strong supervisory skills and techniques.
• Experience with warehouse software.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate shipments, and implement inventory control measures.
• Develop efficient warehouse procedures, optimize space, and improve productivity.

• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stock shortages or overages.
