Job summary

SHEIN is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with operational leaders across our warehouse and logistics footprint. You will design engagement programs, manage the full talent lifecycle, and drive DEI initiatives to improve retention and productivity.

In this role you will coach leaders on onboarding, workforce planning, and development, while monitoring people metrics to guide strategic decisions. A Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR Business Partner in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience supporting large-scale operations with high headcount.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to develop forward-looking people strategies that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
• Lead and influence change initiatives to promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
• Design, plan and execute engagement programs to foster retention, motivation and productivity.
• Oversee the full talent management cycle: performance reviews, development planning, promotions, succession planning.
• Coach leaders in onboarding, team integration and talent development.
• Analyze and manage people metrics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Oversee third-party staffing contracts aligning with hiring needs and productivity.
• Manage HR processes across multiple logistics and warehouse locations.
• Lead HR initiatives during high-demand campaigns (Black Friday, Prime Day, seasonal peaks).
• Maintain a strong on-site presence in operational locations and understand workforce dynamics.
