Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with significant HRBP experience.
• Experience supporting union-represented employees is required.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people plans and HR solutions.
• Provide coaching and guidance on workforce, performance, and employee relations matters.
• Use HR data and insights to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Support organizational changes, restructures, and workforce initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs.
