Hospice of the Chesapeake Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner in Pasadena, MD to act as a strategic HR partner across CHP, HOC, and PIC.

You will lead workforce planning, advise on talent acquisition, and support compensation and employee relations initiatives in a regulatory hospice environment. The role requires 5+ years of HR generalist experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong expertise in employee relations and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field required; equivalent progressive HR experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist/business partner experience spanning employee and labor relations, talent acquisition support, workforce planning, and compliance.
• Healthcare, hospice, or nonprofit sector experience preferred.
• Experience consulting with leaders on workforce planning, talent, and compensation decisions.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to CHP, HOC, and PIC leaders, translating priorities into HR strategy.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning across a geographically diverse service area.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities and onboarding for key roles.
• Support compensation, benefits, and total rewards decisions for client groups.
• Manage employee relations caseload from intake to resolution and documentation.
• Design and deliver supervisor training on core people-management topics.
• Ensure compliance with federal and Maryland employment laws and healthcare regulations.
