Job summary

Great Gray Group, based in Las Vegas, seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to support Go-to-Market teams with onboarding, performance management and employee experience. The role partners with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness in a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) and occasional travel to Aliso Viejo, CA.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years HR experience including HRBP or senior generalist roles, with SaaS exposure and strong coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification a plus.
• 8+ years HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or senior generalist role.
• Experience supporting Go-to-Market, Sales or client-facing teams in a SaaS company.
• Experience supporting building out Sales Enablement and New Hire Enablement.
• Strong employee relations experience, including supporting a non-exempt workforce and managing HR policies for an in-office culture.
• Extensive experience coaching people leaders on performance management.
• Experience designing or facilitating trainings for people managers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; comfortable delivering candid feedback and navigating difficult conversations.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and comfort working with data to drive HR decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to the GTM team, providing day-to-day guidance and support to managers and employees
• Lead new hire onboarding and enablement for supported teams, ensuring employees in Las Vegas and Aliso Viejo ramp effectively and feel set up for success
• Support performance management processes across supported teams, including goal setting, development conversations, and performance improvement plans
• Champion culture and employee recognition initiatives, partnering with leaders to foster engagement and a strong sense of belonging
• Design, coordinate, and facilitate training programs and workshops, with a focus on equipping people leaders with practical skills
• Provide primary HR support for Las Vegas office operations, including facilities coordination, vendor management, and serving as the on-site point of contact for employee needs
• Support Talent Acquisition on an as-needed basis, including interview coordination and candidate experience for roles within supported teams
• Manage and resolve employee relations matters with sound judgment and consistency; conduct investigations as needed
• Complete other related duties as assigned
