Job summary

Great Gray Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our GTM organization, focusing on new hire enablement, performance management, and employee experience. You will partner with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, accountability, and engagement in a hybrid environment.

You will travel regularly to Aliso Viejo, CA to support the team there and must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or senior generalist role.
• Experience supporting Go-to-Market, Sales, or client-facing organizations in a SaaS company is strongly preferred.
• Experience building out Sales Enablement and New Hire Enablement.
• Strong employee relations and policy management experience for in-office culture; familiarity with CA employment law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to the GTM team, guiding managers and employees.
• Lead new hire onboarding and enablement for Las Vegas and Aliso Viejo teams, ensuring effective ramp and setup.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, development conversations, and PIP implementation.
• Champion culture and employee recognition initiatives to foster engagement and belonging.
• Design and facilitate training for people leaders to build practical skills.
• Provide HR support for Las Vegas office operations including facilities coordination and vendor mgmt.
• Support Talent Acquisition with interview coordination and candidate experience.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations matters with sound judgment.
