Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute the talent strategy needed to enable rapid scale and strong operating model.
Collaborate with BeXT HR Partners, AWS Compensation, Builder and Labor Relations across regions.
Lead Talent Reviews and develop manager capabilities and metrics.
Act as a business consultant for people initiatives and workforce planning.
Analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvements and future talent needs.
Lead HR projects spanning broader AWS business.
