• 8+ years of progressive HR experience spanning: design, change management, field workforce planning, performance, sales compensation, D&I, recognition, culture, engagement, coaching, development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.

• Develop and execute HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and revenue growth.
• Partner with senior field leaders to align HR plans with go-to-market priorities.
• Drive organizational design and workforce planning for a distributed global field operations.
• Coach leaders and advise on employee relations, performance, and development.
• Collaborate with central HR teams to address compensation, career development, and leadership development.
