Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the Worldwide Field Organization in Santa Clara, CA. You will partner with senior leaders to design and execute HR strategies that enable rapid growth and organizational effectiveness.

You’ll advise on performance management, compensation, leadership development, and employee relations while collaborating with central HR teams to deliver world-class HR services in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years HR experience in org design, change management, performance, compensation, diversity and inclusion, engagement, and talent management.
• Strong business insight with the ability to quickly assimilate new information.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility in a multicultural environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional/global projects and influencing without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies for the Field organization in partnership with senior leaders.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and succession initiatives.
• Advise on performance management, employee relations, compensation, and leadership development.
• Drive annual review processes focused on performance and talent development.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee issues and improve engagement and culture.
