Job description

Are you a person who likes to work in a fast-paced organization? NVIDIA is the world leader in Visual Computing. We are passionate about four markets: Gaming, Automotive, Enterprise Graphics and HPC/Cloud Datacenters. We are well positioned as the 'AI Computing Company', and our GPUs are the brains powering modern Deep Learning software frameworks, accelerated analytics, big data, modern data centers, smart cities, and driving autonomous vehicles. We have some of the most forward-thinking and dedicated people in the world working for us. If you're forward-thinking, hardworking, and driven, this job is for you.

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to provide HR support onsite in Santa Clara, CA for our World Wide Field Operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is a global field operations organization, and we are looking for someone passionate about building HR strategies that enable our field teams to scale, perform, and win. These strategies focus on how we attract, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and coordinate top commercial talent. . You will need excellent communication skills, critical thinking, commercial competence, and the agility to operate in a fast-paced environment with performance targets.

What you'll be doing:

This position will be an integral enabler of the mission of our World Wide Field Operations. You will partner with senior field leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, accelerate revenue growth, and build a high-performance sales culture. You will think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to execute in practical, real-world application. You must understand field operations business priorities — including pipeline health, capacity planning, and go-to-market motions — and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly. The Senior HRBP also serves as a liaison between the field operations business and central corporate HR teams to address needs in performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, and field leadership development.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with field leaders and senior management to understand go-to-market strategies, diagnose organizational performance, and develop plans to build needed capabilities and support ambitious growth.
  • Driving organizational design and workforce planning for a distributed global field operations organization, including territory-based structures, overlay functions, and field support teams.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on diverse people issues unique to high-performance commercial environments.
  • Reviewing and analyzing business metrics — including attrition, time-to-productivity, and employee experience data — to recommend improvements.
  • Leading annual performance management and talent development cycles aligned to performance expectations and compensation structures.
  • Participating in leadership team meetings and contributing as part of the team.
  • Being a key member of the HRBP team helping to develop world-class HR capabilities in a high-growth global company.
  • Partnering with managers and employees to address employee relations issues fairly and effectively, representing all interests with sound judgment.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives tailored to the realities of our rapidly growing business.
What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience spanning: organization design, change management, field workforce planning, performance management, sales compensation partnership, diversity and inclusion, recognition programs, culture building, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
  • Strong insights and the ability to quickly learn field operations business models, pipeline dynamics, and quota-driven cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust, credibility, and fairness with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Solid team player with experience thriving in a matrixed organization where influence without authority is the norm.
  • Excellent consulting, coaching, and conflict management skills with experience advising senior field executives.
  • Ability to confidently express opinions backed by thoughtful data and analysis that drive real business decisions.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Experience supporting a global field operations or go-to-market organization — ideally in enterprise technology or semiconductor industries.
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional, cross-border HR projects in fast-moving, agile environments.
  • Deep familiarity with managing distributed and remote teams, fostering engagement and connection across time zones.
  • Self-starter with strong results orientation, sound judgment, and a track record of managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Workday or comparable HRIS; and demonstrated ability to use AI tools to solve people problems at scale.
