Aufgaben

• Drive HR workstream management across active deals and align cross-functional partners.
• Maintain deal tracking tools and dashboards for real-time HR integration progress.
• Support job mapping and leveling for acquired employees with HRBPs.
• Evaluate target companies' compensation structures including base pay, variable pay, and equity.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR to align compensation decisions throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Track post-close compensation matters and ensure timely execution.
• Support onboarding and readiness for acquired employees across key functions.
• Evolve the HR M&A Playbook and resources to drive consistency across deals.
• Flex into broader HR projects during lower deal volumes.
