Job summary

NVIDIA seeks an HR M&A Integration Specialist to partner with our HR M&A lead across the deal lifecycle, from due diligence through post-close integration. You will drive HR workstreams, establish a compensation foundation, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment across the deal lifecycle.

You will help with job mapping, evaluating base/variable pay and equity, onboarding for acquired employees, and evolving the HR M&A Playbook to improve consistency across deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience with compensation and project management exposure.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in deal dynamics.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and partnership skills.
• Curiosity in using AI tools to improve HR efficiency and problem solving.
• Data-driven approach to analyze HR integration metrics and trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR workstream management across active deals, tracking milestones and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain deal tracking tools and dashboards for real-time HR integration progress.
• Support job mapping and leveling for acquired employees with HRBPs for accurate placement.
• Evaluate target companies' compensation structures including base pay, variable pay, and equity.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure compensation decisions align across the deal lifecycle.
• Track post-close compensation matters and ensure timely execution for acquired employees.
• Assist onboarding and day-one readiness for acquired employees across key functions.
• Evolve the HR M&A Playbook and resources to drive consistency across deals.
• Flex into broader HR projects during lower deal volume periods.
