NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to provide onsite HR support in Santa Clara, CA for the Worldwide Field Organization. You’ll partner with leaders to execute HR strategies in a fast-paced, global environment, covering performance management, compensation, leadership development and employee relations.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization. Equity and benefits are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• A combination of 6+ years HR experience across org design, change management, performance, compensation, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that champion organizational and people effectiveness.
• Partner with senior leaders to design workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Provide compensation guidance including salary planning and promotions.
