Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP work.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting Engineering/Technology client groups and global or multi-region orgs.
• Strong analytical capability and data-informed decision making.
• Background in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner for engineers across the U.S., providing daily HR guidance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and morale.
• Partner on onboarding, career development, performance reviews, and training.
• Collaborate with recruitment to attract top engineering talent and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Support lifecycle management, compensation reviews, promotions, and internal mobility.
• Address workplace issues, provide coaching, and facilitate effective communication.
