Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to develop and implement HR programs, advise on Talent Management and Labor and Employee Relations, and guide HR strategy for engineers nationwide.

You will partner with leadership to onboard, performance manage, and train talent, manage employee relations, and ensure policy compliance across the U.S., with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner for engineers across the U.S., providing daily support and guidance on HR-related matters.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Lead talent management and development programs, onboarding, performance reviews, and training.
• Support recruitment and smooth onboarding of engineers.
• Execute key HR processes including compensation reviews, promotions, and internal mobility.
• Support employee relations and facilitate cross-team communication.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and update policies.
