The role requires 5+ years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for candidates with HRBP experience in engineering contexts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner for engineers across the U.S., providing guidance on career development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with leadership to ensure effective onboarding, career development, and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for engineering talent and ensure smooth new-hire experiences.
• Execute HR processes including compensation reviews, promotions, and internal mobility.
